About the founder, Scott Sullivan

While looking for employment in the Orlando area in October 1993, Scott was hired by MicroAge (now known as Logic Springs Technologies the creators of Department Calendar).  His first day on the job was a little unusual.  He was handed a thick user guide for a software package called Lotus Notes 3.0.  Marketing material was also soon placed on his desk and he learned about workflow, collaboration, and how Notes would change the world.  This was great.  Scott liked software and computers.  But what was he going to do with this knowledge about Lotus Notes?   A few days later, the magic started.  He was given the task to help prepare the company for Lotusphere.  It was a fantastic experience and a Notes marketing and sales career began.  Since 1993, Scott has been marketing and selling Lotus Notes solutions, making great friends, and enjoying membership in the Notes family. 

Notes Code’s mission:

  • promote the value propositions of software solutions offered by Notes business partners
  • promote the IBM Lotus Notes brand with relevant information and content delivery
  • provide marketing and sales services to business partners  
  • promote buyer / seller interaction
  • develop new and interesting Notes community activities

Notes Code will continue to evolve and respond to our information consumers’ requests and needs.  We welcome your input, and suggestions for new ideas to promote Lotus Notes.   Let’s get to work!
